The Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE is looking for a Demi-Chef de Partie (M/F/X) to strengthen its kitchen team. Do you have solid experience as a commis and aspire to take on more responsibilities? Join our brigade and grow your skills in a dynamic and prestigious setting!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure mise en place, preparation, plating, and garnishing of dishes
  • Perform the same tasks as the Chef de Partie and assist them in their duties
  • Ensure service in the staff canteen.
  • Coordinate and supervise commis and kitchen assistants
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Guarantee the quality and presentation of dishes served
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in the kitchen, ideally as a Premier Commis
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for commis
  • Flexible and available for variable shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
