• Welcome and register guests in accordance with procedures and regulations
• Provide high-level service at Reception and slot machines
• Manage the cloakroom with care: coats and personal belongings
• The position is carried out exclusively during evening and night shifts, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
• Occasional alternative hours may be proposed depending on business needs
• Physically able to walk around the venue, stand or sit for extended periods, and lift items
• Neat appearance suitable for customer-facing roles
• Good command of French, Dutch, and English
